Accounting firm in Erin, Ontario - Bean Counters Erin Hills is a professional accounting firm, sole practitioner (CPA, CMA) and a certified bookkeeper, managing financial records for the clients' books. That includes tracking revenue, expenses, and taxes, month-end account reconciliation, and year-end book closure. We also specialize in small business corporate and personal tax returns. We operate from our office and remotely online.

Larisa

Larisa, the owner of Bean Counters Erin Hills, had been working in the Information Technology industry for 20 years providing business support in Finance, Operations, and HR. She worked as a system analyst, data analyst, and business analyst in different business sectors including government, manufacturing, retail/rentals, marketing, and software development. While implementing IT projects she analyzed complex ERP and CRM systems and worked with Accounting, Sales and Shipments, Controlling, Costing, Marketing/Campaigns, Customer Service, and HR departments. From 2003 to 2009 she managed a retail store, ran the back office, inventory, and employees, and assisted with the Full Cycle of Bookkeeping. In 2019 she left the corporate world to pursue an Accounting diploma in Business Administration.

Igor, the co-owner of Bean Counters Erin Hills, has been a Chartered Public Accountant since 2015. He signs off on customers' books and runs periodic accounting reports. He recommends actions based on numbers in financial data. Prior to his public practice, Igor developed professional skills in several industries, mostly finance, and banking, supporting the backbone of businesses as a technical lead and a business analyst. He naturally discovers the business state in financial reports. This skill evolved into research for the recognition of fraud in accounting processes. Igor wrote several articles for European and North American accounting associations and actively participated as a speaker in his research in 2009 – 2018.
