The firm is accountable for all personal information in its possession, including any personal information disclosed to third parties. Third parties are involved in administrative functions involved in delivering the services to You based on the agreement between You and the firm. Your data may be stored in the third party’s database which is not in our control. You assume the risks of holding your data with the third party entities with your consent. The firm utilizes only those third parties which are considered reputable in the economy for following privacy policies like PIPEDA. Any third party that the firm uses for the service provisions must adhere to the privacy policy. For the service provisions to minimize these risks, the firm offers to use technologies which are only utilizing the internal technologies with the full control for protecting Your private information.

Identifying Purposes

The firm collects personal information to provide the services requested by You including:

  • Preparation of financial statements

  • Business advisory

  • Managing Your accounting books

  • Managing Your employees’ records

For the marketing purposes the firm is utilizing third party tools to capture aggregate information which is not Your personal information. The firm is also running campaigns to offer discounts and new services with Your consent to retrieve such communication with the firm. With each communication the firm provides the Unsubscribe option. To run campaigns through emails the firm stores Your email and name information internally without involvement of any third party.

Consent

The firm is asking for consent from You to store Your name and email address for marketing purposes. The firm is also asking for consent from You to store and send Your personal information for accounting and tax purposes. To cancel retrieving marketing ads, You any unsubscribe anytime from the firm’s emailing list. However, Your accounting and tax information may be stored with the firm for the government reporting even if You will decide not to be the firm’s customer.
