Bookkeeping and accounting pricing for small business vary depending on the combination of different factors such as the complexity of your transactions, number of working employees, tax preparation situations, and completeness of information, etc. Since every business is unique it would take too many Internet pages to present all pricing rates. We show several basic business scenarios to help you visualize our bookkeeping services along with the pricing plans we provide to cover these scenarios. Basic

Starting from $80 per month

You are a sole proprietor with no employees, generating up to 150 transactions in a single currency or generating income up to $50,000 monthly and require reconcile one bank account.

We provide the Basic pricing plan and prepare the T1 tax package (T4 and T5 slips) for a business owner.

Starting from $120 per month

You are a sole proprietor with up to three employees, generating up to 200 transactions in a single currency or generating income up to $125,000 monthly and require reconcile up to three bank accounts.

We provide the Basic pricing plan, prepare the T1 tax package (T4 and T5 slips) for a business owner in addition to payroll services.

Basic Plus

Standard

Starting from $160 per month

You are incorporated small business with up to five employees, generating up to 250 transactions in a single currency or generating income up to $150,000 monthly and require reconcile up to three bank accounts.

We provide the Basic plan in addition to payroll services and prepare the T2 tax return package

Starting from $240 per month

You are incorporated small business with more than five employees, generating from 250 transactions in a single currency or generating income from $150,000 monthly and require reconcile more than three bank accounts.

We provide the Basic plan in addition to payroll services and prepare the T2 tax return package.

Standard Plus

Basic pricing plan includes:

• Recording transactions with supporting documents (invoice, check, etc.)

• Reconciling bank account yearly, monthly, or quarterly

• Preparing Sales tax report quarterly

• Providing financial statements yearly, monthly, or quarterly

• Meeting to discuss financial statements and suggest improvements

• Closing accounts at the year-end and filing income tax return

Payroll pricing plan includes:

• Handling the remittance of source deductions to the government

• Running payroll

• Filing T4 and T4A slips

• Data entry can be prepared by us or by the business owner

• $35 per employee per month if we prepare data

Supporting Accounts Receivable:

• from $120 per month for Basic Plus

• from $160 per month for Standard

• from $200 per month for Standard Plus

Supporting Accounts Payable:

• from $80 per month for Basic

A Year-End Catch Up

Starting from $80 per month

Your financial data is behind schedule. You partially entered the data into the system, or all the paperwork comes from your “shoebox”. Our charging fees will be based on hourly rate. For example, 8 months to catch up 30 transactions may take approximately 16 hours. Depending on complexity of transactions and the need to sort the data, our hourly fees start from $80 per hour.

Starting from $1,500 per year

You are a sole proprietor with up to three employees, generating up to 200 transactions in a single currency or generating income up to $125,000 monthly and require reconcile up to three bank accounts.

We provide the Basic pricing plan, prepare the T1 tax package (T4 and T5 slips) for a business owner in addition to payroll services.
